Progressive Corporate partnered with Red Rich Fruits to design and deliver a contemporary administration office within their newly developed packing and production facility in the Yarra Valley.

As part of the company’s significant investment in a modern fruit packing operation, Red Rich Fruits required a workplace environment that would provide staff with a functional, ergonomic, and professional office space integrated within the broader production facility.

Working closely with the client, Progressive developed a workplace solution focused on operational efficiency, employee wellbeing, and long-term flexibility. The project included workplace planning, furniture specification, custom joinery, ergonomic workstation solutions, and specialised storage systems.

A key feature of the fitout was the design and manufacture of a custom reception desk, creating a professional arrival experience for visitors and staff. Progressive also supplied a bespoke true veneer timber boardroom table that provides a premium meeting environment while complementing the natural character of the Yarra Valley location.

The workplace was further enhanced through the installation of electric height-adjustable workstations, supporting employee comfort, health, and productivity. Mechanical compactus storage systems were incorporated to maximise storage capacity while maintaining a clean and efficient office footprint.

Despite the relatively compact 200m² footprint, the office was carefully planned to maximise functionality, storage capacity, meeting space, and staff comfort while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

The completed administration office provides Red Rich Fruits with a modern workplace that supports business operations while reflecting the professionalism and growth of one of the region’s leading agribusiness organisations.
