Progressive Corporate partnered with the builder and Woolworths project team to deliver the workplace furniture and workstation package as part of the upgrade of the Woolworths Distribution Centre in Mulgrave.

The objective of the project was to create a bright, efficient, and contemporary workplace environment that would support operational teams while improving employee comfort, collaboration, and productivity within the distribution and logistics facility.

Working closely with stakeholders throughout the design and specification process, Progressive developed a bespoke workplace solution incorporating custom colour schemes and furniture selections aligned with the Woolworths brand and workplace requirements.

A key feature of the project was the installation of twin electric height-adjustable workstations supported by Australian-made 30mm workstation screens. The workstation environment was designed to provide privacy where required while maintaining an open and collaborative workplace atmosphere.

The fitout also included open breakout areas, informal collaboration zones, and supporting workplace furniture that encouraged communication, flexibility, and employee engagement throughout the facility.

The completed workplace delivers a modern and highly functional office environment integrated within the broader distribution centre, providing Woolworths staff with an ergonomic, future-focused workspace designed to support day-to-day operational performance.
