Progressive Corporate was selected to deliver the complete furniture fitout for Bapcor’s new national head office and distribution centre located within the Tullamarine Business Park.

As one of Australia’s leading automotive aftermarket companies and the owner of well-known brands including Autobarn and Auto Pro, Bapcor required a workplace environment that reflected its position as an industry leader while supporting collaboration, employee wellbeing, operational efficiency, and future growth.

Working closely with the client and project team, Progressive delivered a comprehensive workplace solution incorporating workstations, breakout environments, collaborative spaces, storage systems, soft seating, informal meeting areas, café furniture, and outdoor social spaces throughout the 5,000m² facility.

The workplace was designed to create an open, engaging, and highly functional environment that encourages interaction and collaboration while supporting focused work and operational requirements. Large open-plan areas provide flexibility and connectivity throughout the workplace, while strategically located breakout and meeting spaces create opportunities for informal communication and team engagement.

A key feature of the project was the integration of hospitality-inspired spaces including a premium staff café and outdoor social environment, helping create a workplace experience that promotes employee wellbeing, culture, and engagement.

The successful delivery of the Tullamarine headquarters established a strong ongoing relationship with Bapcor and resulted in Progressive Corporate being awarded the furniture fitout for the company’s Queensland distribution facility, demonstrating confidence in Progressive’s ability to deliver large-scale workplace projects across multiple locations.
