Progressive Corporate was engaged to design, supply, and install the complete workplace furniture package for the new PGA Australia headquarters and training facility at Sandringham Golf Links.

The purpose-built 5,000m² facility brings together administration, training, collaboration, and recreational spaces within a contemporary environment designed to support the future growth of golf in Australia. Working closely with the project architects and stakeholder group, Progressive developed a workplace solution that balanced functionality, ergonomics, flexibility, and employee wellbeing.

A key objective of the project was to create an open, modern workplace that reflected the collaborative and community-focused culture of the PGA. The furniture solution was designed to promote movement, comfort, productivity, and interaction while maintaining a clean and contemporary aesthetic throughout the facility.

The workplace features 115 Ambiance electric height-adjustable workstations, each configured with ergonomic accessories to support employee health, comfort, and performance. The workstation environment was carefully planned to maximise workflow efficiency while providing staff with flexibility and choice throughout the working day.

In addition to the workstation areas, Progressive supplied and installed a comprehensive range of workplace furniture including lockers, storage solutions, bench seating, casual breakout furniture, collaborative meeting settings, and informal lounge areas. These spaces were designed to encourage interaction, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement across the organisation.

The completed headquarters provides PGA Australia with a highly functional and future-focused workplace that supports administration, training, and industry development while delivering an exceptional experience for staff, visitors, and stakeholders.
