Progressive Corporate was engaged to deliver the complete turnkey office fitout for Mode Logistics as part of their new 10,000m² warehouse and office development at Melbourne Airport.

As a leading cold-chain freight forwarding specialist, Mode Logistics required a modern workplace that would support operational efficiency while meeting the stringent compliance requirements associated with Melbourne Airport developments.

Working closely with the client and project stakeholders, Progressive managed the design development process, preparing all workplace layouts, drawings, and documentation required for airport approval and compliance.

The project encompassed a full turnkey fitout solution, including internal construction works, workplace design, commercial furniture, and building services integration. Progressive coordinated all aspects of delivery, ensuring the project was completed to the required standards while maintaining program timelines and budget objectives.

A key feature of the workplace was the installation of Ambiance electric height-adjustable workstations with integrated soft-wiring systems, providing employees with a flexible and ergonomic working environment. The fitout also included collaborative spaces, meeting rooms, feature walls, floor coverings, partitions, fire services, and mechanical works to create a contemporary workplace supporting more than 120 staff.

The completed facility provides Mode Logistics with a high-performance workplace integrated within one of Melbourne’s most strategically important logistics and freight precincts.
