One contract, brief to handover. CAD layout, construction, all trades, furniture, installation. You do not manage subcontractors. You get a finished space.

CAD design and space planning
The in-house CAD team draws the space before anything gets built. Workstation zones, meeting rooms, breakout, reception. Tested against real headcount, not just how it renders.

Office partitions
Internal walls, glazed panels, low-line screens. Sound attenuation options available. Done without a structural engineer on every job.

Renovations
An existing space that no longer works. Progressive Corporate stages work around business hours where the office needs to keep running during the build.

Dealership and franchise rollouts
Multi-site fitouts for national networks. Design, manufacture, storage, delivery, installation across as many locations as needed at once. Currently rolling out 185 Hyundai dealerships and 140 Nissan dealerships nationally.

Custom joinery and furniture
Reception counters, boardroom tables, workstation systems made to spec. Built from Progressive's own manufacturing, not bought from a catalogue and marked up.

All licensed trades
Electrical, data, plumbing, mechanical, floor coverings. All under the Progressive Corporate contract with insurance in place. No separate trade contractors for the client to manage.

How it runs

A fitout goes wrong at the gaps. Progressive Corporate closes those because the same team does all of it.

Brief and site visit
Free consultation. Your space, your headcount, how the team works. Most clients come in with a floor area and a budget. Progressive brings the questions that shape the brief before any design starts.

CAD layout
The in-house CAD team draws the space to scale. Workstation zones, meeting rooms, breakout, reception. Revisions happen here, before anything is ordered or built.

Itemised quote
Line by line. Design, construction, every trade, furniture, delivery, install. Scope-locked. What is in the quote is what gets built. No estimates revised upward three weeks into the job.

Construction
Progressive Corporate runs the build. Partitions, electrical, data, plumbing, mechanical, flooring. If the office needs to stay running during the build, work gets staged around your hours.

Furniture and installation
Supplied from Progressive's own range or manufactured to spec. Installed by the same team that built the fitout. No handover gap between the builder and the furniture crew showing up separately.

Handover
Space checked against the CAD drawings and original brief before you get the keys. Warranty in place. After-sales handled directly, not passed to a subcontractor you have never spoken to.
